Fort Collins Cycling Festival

2012 Has Been Canceled – Look Here for 3013 Updates……

  • Friday August 17th Canceled.
  • Saturday August 18th the Rocky Mountain Criterium – Canceled.
  • Sunday August 19th Canceled.
  • In light of the many new challenges our county is facing due to the fires hitting our outlying areas we have decided to not put on the HT Dam Race to help in keeping the flow of traffic unencumbered as the rebuilding process takes place over the next few months in the Lory State Residential and Rist Canyon areas. When trying to balance what a promoter should and should not do to help with public opinion, I feel having a race in the same area as residence are trying to rebuild before the winter months will only stick in the public mind as a poor choice. In speaking with the county we feel that this is in the best of both cycling and our community.
